You’ll learn how to ingest and model data, create unified customer profiles through identity resolution, build meaningful segments, generate insights, and activate data across Salesforce and external systems. Each module blends practical concepts with consulting-focused thinking to help you communicate value to stakeholders, solve data challenges, and design scalable architectures.
